Cancellations

Cancellations for ready-to-ship items will be accepted within three hours of purchase. After three hours, cancellations may be accepted if I haven’t purchased your shipping label.

Due to the custom nature of the craft, cancellations for personalized / customized items will only be granted while still in the design process. If after three rounds of corrections you aren't satisfied, we can cancel your order in full if requested. Cancellations will not be accepted after final proof approval under any circumstances.

Cancellations will not be accepted for downloadable products under any circumstances.

Shipping damages

Though I take precautions when packaging, things can happen. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please send a photo & written details within 2 business days of receipt to EAlexDesigns@gmail.com, I will then send a replacement.

Returns and exchanges

Returns will not be accepted for any customized product under any condition. If your item arrives damaged, please see above.

Returns will be accepted for ready-to-ship items as long as I am notified at EAlexDesigns@gmail.com, within seven business days of receipt, be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return. Refunds will be given AFTER I have received the item back in the same condition it was sent out, less the price of shipping. Return shipping is your responsibility.

I do not allow exchanges.

Missing / delayed packages

USPS tracking is included on all shipments, tracking numbers are included with your shipping notice.

If your package has not been marked as delivered within a reasonable time please contact me asap at EAlexDesigns@gmail.com. I will contact USPS and request they locate the package, please keep in mind it can take up to five business days for them to contact me back. If your package arrives during this time please let me know so I can close the claim. It is also suggested that you contact your local post office to be sure it isn't waiting there. If USPS cannot locate your package, or it has been destroyed I will sent a replacement.

If your package has been marked as delivered you are responsible for contacting USPS to locate the package. I am not responsible for mail theft, USPS error or mail carrier misconduct and you must discuss the issue with USPS or your police department. I will provide any necessary information to the USPS or police if needed. I will replace or refund a package if you provide proof that your package was stolen from the police or destroyed / declared lost by your local postal service.

This policy is in place only for items within my Collection.
