The Design Process
No matter the size of your project I can help you make it your own. Anniversaries, new babies, birthdays or just a Wednesday, I’ve got you covered.

Before we meet.
Please fill out my project inquiry form with very basic information about your project and what you need.
The initial consultation.
I’ll get in touch to discuss your wants, your needs, and your budget. For small things such as stationery sets, cards or small parties, this can take place entirely over email. For larger moments, like a Bat Mitzvah, large parties, or events we can work via email or can also schedule a meeting in person, over the phone or online.

Proposal. Contract. Timeline.
Based on our conversations I’ll prepare a proposal, contract, and timeline. At that time a nonrefundable retainer will be due. Timing depends on your request. The sooner we can get to work, the smoother and better the design.
Stationery or products intended for small gatherings, expect a turnaround of a few weeks, larger, multi-level events could take several months.

Proofing.
Now’s the fun part: I design and you relax! Feel free to email me at any time during the process. Some of my favorite clients have written me at 3 a.m. because they have had a great idea. Maybe it will work, maybe it won’t, but it could be the missing piece I need!
From there we’ll go back and forth with proofs, making sure that the final outcome flawlessly captures your vision. Once you are completely satisfied with the design, your final payment will be due, and your paper goods will head to press!
The final product.
If any sort of assembly has been requested, I’ll put them together and send everything off to you. If we’re working on invitations and mailing has been requested I’ll have them sent out to your guests and ship you any leftovers.
